In 2003, a pizza delivery man named Brian Wells was forced to wear a collar bomb around his neck and rob a bank in Erie, Pennsylvania. After the robbery, police apprehended him and handcuffed him in a parking lot while awaiting the bomb squad. Wells pleaded for help, explaining he had been forced to commit the crime and that the bomb would go off.
