Here we show how to apply the windlass arch support technique that we have discussed this week. This is using a double layer (PowerBand TM) of 5cm Dynamic Tape Original to increase resistance due to the large load imposed and to take advantage of the stronger recoil in the original product. The PowerBand helps ensure that the technique is effective over sustained periods of exercise.
