Happy Tip Tuesday Y'all! This week's tutorial is a throwback project from a mid 90's Tandy Ad. We hope y'all enjoy! Leather Bill Ball Cap Instructions 1. I started by deconstructing one of two identical hats. If this is not an option, you can make a photo copy of the hat to make a pattern; or just trace around the bill of the cap. 2. Draw tooling design. This is a great place to use a designer leather if tooling isn’t your style. 3. Transfer design onto leather 4. Carve & tool 5. Paint, dye, sta
