Python: from mpi4py import MPIを実行時にErrorが出たときの対処

from mpi4py import MPI ImportError: DLL load failed: 指定されたモジュールが見つかりません。 上記Errorが出たときにやったことをメモ。 結論：おそらく下記URLだけでいける。 cgohlkeさん提示の手順でinit_openmpi()をinit.pyに追記してみたが症状変わらずだったので断念。
